I think that when guilds get very large they can be hard to manage. I have a solution for this. The guild has 4-5(or more) officers. Each officer is the leader of a sub-guild of 15-20(or more) members. On the guild menu, everyone could be shown, with the name of their sub-guild underneath their name. There could be tabs at the top of the guild menu to look at one of the sub-guilds. This would not only help the guild leader manage all of the members, but it could also help noobs. If someone starts a guild, but it is a very small guild, they could become a sub-guild for a larger guild. The guild cap would probably have to be increased if this actually happened. Please ask questions and tell me what you think of it!
P.S. The numbers could always be changed. These are just some I came up with.

I thought of this 2, but more like out of game. When you got a large guild, devide them in to regiments or squads. with one or two officers leading a group. If players need help or want to ask something, ask ure group leader.
But than i tought, what would be the point, because i think Gw lacks real neat Guild Features
